§ 230:25 — Keeping of Records
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 230 STATE HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Damages for Taking Property
In the making of all awards the commission shall keep a complete record of all evidence considered by it in arriving at its awards and shall submit same to the governor and council with its report to them. The expense of such record shall be a charge against the highway fund.
