Text
The executive director, after consultation with the commission, is authorized to charge a fee for the issuance of a duplicate certificate of completion. The amount of said fee shall be determined by the executive director and the fee shall be credited to the fish and game fund. To receive a duplicate certificate of completion, the applicant shall complete an affidavit setting forth the circumstances surrounding its loss or destruction.
