Text
No person shall hold at the same time a resident hunting and fishing license and a resident hunting license, nor shall any person at the same time hold more than one of either of said licenses. Any person who shall procure a resident hunting and fishing license while holding a resident hunting license or a resident hunting and fishing license, or who shall procure a resident hunting license while holding a resident hunting license or a resident hunting and fishing license, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
