Text
Any person who is dead, unconscious, or who is otherwise in a condition rendering such person incapable of refusing shall be deemed not to have withdrawn the consent provided by RSA 214:20-d and the test or tests may be administered. The provisions of RSA 214:20-n shall not apply to persons incapable of giving consent as provided for in this section.
