Text
The provisions of RSA 265-A:12, relative to notice to the court and the admissibility of the official report of tests, shall govern admissibility of the official records related to the tests taken pursuant to this RSA 214:20-d as well as the notice required to compel the attendance of any person who conducted such tests at trial.
