Text
Notwithstanding any other statutory provisions of the law to the contrary, a law enforcement officer may, without a warrant, arrest any person involved in any shooting related directly to target practicing, hunting, taking, or attempting to take wildlife, when that officer has probable cause to believe that such person has violated the provisions of RSA 214:20 or 214:20-a.
