Text
A housing authority is authorized to make plans for relocation of and to make payment to persons, including families, business concerns and others, displaced by a redevelopment project, for moving expenses and loss of property for which reimbursement or compensation is not otherwise made, including the making of such payments financed by the federal government, provided that any amount set aside for any such payments not financed by the federal government shall be approved by the governing body of the municipality.
