§ 205:2-a — Rehabilitation Work

Any housing authority now or hereafter established pursuant to RSA 203 may carry out as a redevelopment project or as a part of a redevelopment project, any work or undertaking to remove, prevent or reduce blight, blighting factors, or the cause of blight in blighted areas and in areas in the process of becoming blighted, or in portions thereof, by the planning and performance of rehabilitation or conservation work, which may include the making and carrying out of plans for a program of voluntary repair and rehabilitation of buildings or other improvements; the installation, construction or reconstruction of streets, utilities, parks, playgrounds and other improvements; and the work and undertakings under other provisions of this chapter or any combination of such work or undertakings.
