Text
In the event a licensee has designated a person approved by the commission to manage the business for him and the employment of such manager shall terminate, such licensee shall notify the commission of such termination and shall within 30 days after termination designate a new manager. If no manager acceptable to the commission is designated within the 30-day period, the license may, in the discretion of the commission, be revoked.
