Text
Any licensee allowed to sell beverages and wines to be consumed on the premises as provided in this title who shall allow any adulteration of said beverages or wines so as to increase their alcoholic content shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person, and shall lose his license to sell for a period of not less than 6 months. Any person adulterating or causing to be adulterated beverages which are consumed on the premises under such a license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
