Text
Each beverage manufacturer licensee, beverage vendor licensee, brew pub licensee, and wholesale distributor of beverages within the state shall, on or before the fifteenth day of each month, furnish to the commission, on a form prescribed, in writing or electronically, a statement under penalty of perjury showing the quantity of beverages sold for resale and the quantity of beverages sold under an off-premises license during the preceding calendar month, within the state.
