Text

I.The department shall establish a performance measurement system designed to assist the department in meeting the goals of the TANF reauthorization program, including a mission statement identifying values that focus on qualitative outcomes. The measurement system shall be adopted on or before January 1, 2008. The system shall include: measurement and tracking of individual employee performance; tracking and analysis of programmatic outcomes; and tracking of other data or information otherwise useful in establishing success in moving clients into work participation, as defined by federal law.
