§ 161-F:72 — Purpose
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 161-F ELDERLY AND ADULT SERVICES·Subdivision Adult In-Home Care
The purpose of this subdivision is to provide adult in-home care services to persons in need of such care, who otherwise might be inappropriately placed in an institutional care setting.
