§ 161-F:19 — Litigation Prohibited
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 161-F ELDERLY AND ADULT SERVICES·Subdivision Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman
The long-term care ombudsman and all representatives of the office are prohibited from serving as legal representatives of any person before state or federal courts in any action that is related in any manner to the ongoing duties or responsibilities of the office.
