§ 161-F:16 — Cooperation Required
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 161-F ELDERLY AND ADULT SERVICES·Subdivision Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman
The office may request from any government agency, and such agency is hereby authorized and directed to provide, such cooperation and assistance, services, and data as will enable the office to properly perform or exercise any of its functions, duties, and powers under RSA 161-F:10 through 161-F:18.
