§ 161-F:50 — Penalty for Violation
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 161-F ELDERLY AND ADULT SERVICES·Subdivision Protective Services to Adults
Any person who knowingly fails to make any report required by RSA 161-F:46 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
