§ 161-F:32 — Damage Deposit
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 161-F ELDERLY AND ADULT SERVICES·Subdivision Companion Animals
If companion animals are permitted, tenants desiring to have them as pets shall post, with the management of the building, a damage deposit which shall be a sum of money not to exceed 11/2 times the amount of a month's rent paid by the tenant.
