§ 105:10 — Watchmen
New Hampshire·Title VII SHERIFFS, CONSTABLES, AND POLICE OFFICERS·Ch. 105 POLICE OFFICERS AND WATCHMEN
The selectmen, being authorized by vote of the town, may appoint night watchmen, fix their stations and limits, prescribe their duties, and contract for and pay them a reasonable compensation.
