Text
The director of rehabilitation services shall:
1.Direct the implementation of programs for injured employees in accordance with
organization determinations in compliance with the purpose of this chapter.
2.Cooperate, contact, and assist any government or private organization or agency or
group of individuals or business or individual necessary or advantageous in carrying
out the purpose of this chapter.
3.Keep such records, for statistical purposes, and provide such training necessary for
the organization staff as is necessary to keep pace with future developments in the
area of rehabilitation services.
