§ 65-03-01 — Jurisdiction of organization - Safety regulations - Enforcement

The organization shall have full power and jurisdiction over and supervision of every place
of employment subject to this title. Whenever necessary to enforce and administer this title, the
organization may issue and enforce all rules and safety regulations. The organization may
designate an individual to make inspections and determine if safety regulations are being
followed.
