utilization review. Psychologists making utilization review determinations under sections 65-02-20 and 65-02-21 shall have current licenses from the state board of psychologist examiners. Health care providers making utilization review determinations under sections 65-02-20 and 65-02-21 shall have current licenses from the appropriate North Dakota licensing board. This requirement does not apply to psychologists or health care providers conducting independent medical examinations or independent medical reviews under section 65-05-28.
