assistant attorneys general authorized. The organization may make necessary expenditures to obtain statistical and other information required for the proper enforcement of this title. The salaries and compensation of the director of the organization and of all employees of the organization, and all other authorized expenses of the organization, including the premium on the bond required of the state treasurer under section 65-04-30, must be paid out of the fund. The organization may employ duly appointed special assistant attorneys general and pay from the fund the entire salary of each special assistant attorney general.
