§ 65-02-02 — Oath of office
North Dakota·Title 65 Workforce Safety and Insurance·Ch. 65-02 Workforce Safety and Insurance Organization
Before commencing to perform the duties of director of the organization, the director shall
file an oath of office in the usual form.
