During the 2013-15 biennium, a school district may utilize resources provided in accordance
with subdivision l of subsection 1 of section 15.1-27-03.1 to ensure that students who are
eligible for free or reduced lunches under the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act
[42 U.S.C. 1751 et seq.] receive one serving of milk or juice if a mid-morning snack break is
provided.
