Text
The superintendent of public instruction shall provide for the preservation of all property that
the superintendent acquires in an official capacity and which has educational interest and value
or which records official acts by the superintendent. At the conclusion of the superintendent's
term of office, the superintendent shall deliver the property to the superintendent's successor.
