§ 15.1-02-03 — Appointment of assistant - Employment of personnel
North Dakota·Title 15.1 Elementary and Secondary Education·Ch. 15.1-02 Superintendent of Public Instruction
The superintendent of public instruction may appoint an assistant. The superintendent may
also hire personnel or contract with other persons to perform the work of the department of
public instruction.
