North Dakota·Title 15.1 Elementary and Secondary Education·Ch. 15.1-02 Superintendent of Public Instruction
The annual salary of the superintendent of public instruction is one hundred forty-seven
thousand nine hundred seventy-eight dollars through June 30, 2026, and one hundred fifty-two
thousand four hundred seventeen dollars thereafter.
