Text
The superintendent of public instruction shall administer federal funds designed to provide
nonprofit child nutrition programs and food distribution programs for eligible participants. The
superintendent of public instruction may enter a contract with any agency of the federal
government so that the state may use available federal funds to the fullest extent possible. The
superintendent of public instruction shall receive, deposit, and disburse any funds received in
accordance with state and federal law.
