§ 15.1-32-04 — Institutions not supervised by public school authorities - Rules
The superintendent of public instruction shall adopt rules governing special education
programs in institutions that are supported in whole or in part by the state, but which are not
supervised by public school authorities. The rules must be similar to those established for the
delivery of special education in a public school.
