§ 15.1-19-15 — Record retention
Records regarding a student obtained by a school under section 15.1-19-14, section
27-20.2-21, or section 27-20.4-21 must be destroyed when the student reaches the age of
eighteen or no longer attends the school, whichever occurs later.
