§ 15.1-19-05 — Birth control device - Distribution - Restriction
No person while acting in an official capacity as an employee or agent of a school district
may distribute a birth control device to a student. This section does not apply to the distribution
of a birth control device by an employee or agent to a child of that employee or agent.
