§ 15.1-13-28 — Teaching license - Effect of revocation
The revocation of an individual's teaching license results in the immediate termination of the
individual's employment by a school district. The school district shall, however, compensate the
individual for services rendered only until such time as the notice of revocation is received by
the district.
