1.If an individual's teaching license is suspended or revoked, the board shall notify the
individual, the business manager of the school district employing the individual, each
county superintendent of schools in the state, and the superintendent of public
instruction.
2.Upon being notified that one's teaching license has been suspended or revoked, the
individual shall return the license to the education standards and practices board. If the
individual fails to return the license within the time period set by the board, the board
may publish notice of the suspension or revocation in the official newspaper of the
county in which the individual was employed.
