§ 15.1-13-19 — Teaching license - Expiration
Notwithstanding any other law, if an individual's teaching license expires within the final six
weeks of a school district's or nonpublic school's calendar, that individual's license is deemed to
be extended and in effect until the completion of the school district's or nonpublic school's
calendar.
