North Dakota Statutes
§ 15.1-13-12 — Teaching license - Period of effectiveness
A teaching license issued by the board is effective for at least one school year, unless
suspended or revoked by the board. This section does not apply to provisional teaching licenses
issued by the board under section 15.1-13-13.
