§ 15.1-13-11 — Application and licensing fees

North Dakota·Title 15.1 Elementary and Secondary Education·Ch. 15.1-13 Teacher Licensing
1.The board may set and charge a fee for:
a.Filing an application for a teaching license.
b.Issuing a teaching license.
2.Any fee collected by the board must be deposited and disbursed in accordance with section 54-44-12.
