Text
If an individual who is or was licensed to teach in another state applies for a license to teach
in this state, the education standards and practices board may not impose on the individual any
student teaching requirements as a condition of licensure. This section is applicable to an
individual who graduated from a state-approved regular education program but not to an
individual who completed an alternative education program as a condition of licensure.
