§ 15.1-09-45 — Storage facilities for schoolbuses
The board of a school district may lease for purchase, purchase, or construct a storage
facility for schoolbuses upon advertised bids as provided in section 15.1-09-34. For these
purposes, the board may use money in the district's general fund or building fund provided the
money is not otherwise obligated.
