§ 15.1-09-28 — School board president - Duties
The president shall preside at all meetings of the school board, appoint all committees
subject to approval by the board, provide authorization for the issuance of negotiable
instruments, and perform other acts required by law. A vice president may be elected by the
board to serve in the absence of the president at any meeting.
