§ 15.1-07-24 — School district business manager - Funds - Accounting
Unless otherwise provided by law, the business manager of a school district is responsible
for the safekeeping of all school district funds. The business manager shall keep a general
account of the district's receipts and expenditures and itemized accounts for each class of
receipts and expenditures, unless otherwise directed by the superintendent of public instruction.
