Text
Any person serving as a school district business manager shall furnish to the school board
a bond in an amount to be fixed by the school board and equal to at least twenty-five percent of
the maximum amount of money subject to the business manager's control at any one time. The
bond must be conditioned for the faithful discharge of the business manager's duties, including
the maintenance of accurate financial records and the safekeeping and deliverance of all school
district property and funds that come into the business manager's control.
