§ 15.1-07-10 — Activities fund
The board of a school district shall establish an activities fund for the support of
school-related extracurricular activities. The school district business manager shall deposit all
receipts from extracurricular activities in the activities fund. The business manager shall submit
to the school board a monthly report of receipts, expenditures, and balances in the activities
fund.
