If a majority of the votes cast are in favor of increasing the school district's limit of
indebtedness, the president of the school board and the school district business manager shall
inform the county auditor, in writing, of the election results and of the fact that the district's limit
of indebtedness has been increased to ten percent of the assessed valuation of all taxable
property in the district.
