§ 15.1-06-14 — Use of schools for purposes other than education
The board of a school district may permit the district's schools and facilities to be used for
purposes other than the education of students, provided the usage does not interfere with the
education of students. The board may impose restrictions on the usage provided the restrictions
are nondiscriminatory and may impose a charge for the usage.
