§ 15.1-02-19 — Health insurance programs - Joint enrollment program
North Dakota·Title 15.1 Elementary and Secondary Education·Ch. 15.1-02 Superintendent of Public Instruction
The superintendent of public instruction and the department of health and human services
jointly shall develop a system under which families of children enrolling in the public school
system are provided with information regarding state and federally funded health insurance
programs and encouraged to apply for such coverage if determined to be eligible.
