§ 153A-229 — Jailers' report of jailed defendants

The person having administrative control of a local confinement facility must furnish to the clerk of superior court a report listing such information reasonably at his disposal as is necessary to enable said clerk of superior court to comply with the provisions of G.S. 7A-109.1. (1973, c. 1286, s. 23; 1981, c. 522.) Part 2B. Dignity for Women Incarcerated in Local Confinement Facilities.
