North Carolina·Ch. 131A Health Care Facilities Finance Act
Insofar as the provisions of this Article are inconsistent with the provisions of any general or special laws, or parts thereof, the provisions of this Article shall be controlling. (1975, c. 766, s. 1; 2019-240, s. 27.1(a), (b).)
