§ 131A-1 — Short title
North Carolina·Ch. 131A Health Care Facilities Finance Act
This Article shall be known, and may be cited, as the "Health Care Facilities Finance Act." (1975, c. 766, s. 1; 2019-240, s. 27.1(a), (b).)
