§ 131A-20 — Officers not liable
North Carolina·Ch. 131A Health Care Facilities Finance Act
No member or officer of the Commission shall be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of his execution of any bonds or notes or the issuance thereof. (1975, c. 766, s. 1; 2019-240, s. 27.1(a); 2019-240, s. 27.1(a).)
