Text
(a)When any county fails to meet acceptable levels of performance, the Department may take one or more of the following actions to assist the county in meeting its Work First goals:
(1)Notify the county of the deficiencies and add additional monitoring and reporting requirements.
(2)Require the county to develop and submit for approval by the Department a corrective action plan.
(b)If any Standard Program County fails to meet acceptable levels of performance for two consecutive years, or fails to comply with a corrective action plan developed pursuant to this section, the Department may assume control of the county's Work First Program, appoint an administrator to administer the county's Work First Program, and exercise the powers assumed to administer the Work First Program either dir
